The 2nd Battalion Emergency Operations Center (E.O.C.) is a sub committee of the 2nd Battalion Fire District.
The purpose of the committee is assist the Departments are scenes of major incidents in support functions of the Incident Command System and during major storms or disasters.
The EOC Committee works with the Nassau County Fire Commission EOC and the Nassau County Office of Emergency Management to utilize the resources of the fire service to its fullest potential.
